1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer two tiers of shipping to suit your needs. Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.

2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods (such as seasonal sales), please allow an additional 1–2 days for processing.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to follow your Vitaluxe journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our international customers in AU, CA, NZ, and the UK:
Vitaluxe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Issues
Vitaluxe takes great pride in our packaging. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@getvitaluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
